Digital Items

As part of our products we sell on our website, we do have digital only products which include:

• Star maps
• Digital art

Please note that these items don’t carry any delivery charges as these are delivered electronically instantly.

To receive your digital order, please click on your order confirmation email and click on ‘View my prints’ you’ll then be taken to our Digital portal where you can download your prints.

For added protection and convenience we save all of your digital print orders for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. To re-access your prints please click on the same link in your order confirmation email.

If you try and access your prints after the 3 year period, sadly these would have been removed permanently from our systems.
