To make a complaint please email us at hello@odinscave.com and add any comments about your complaint (the more detail the better) and our customer service team will look into your query and respond quickly.
Once we’ve received your complaint, we’ll investigate what’s happened and most importantly how we can put it right, we’ll then follow up with an email outlining our response.
As part of our complaints process, we’ll also take learnings from any incidents that are what we call avoidable and will ensure that we improve on this going forward.
